We are looking for a/an Market & Tendering Analyst to join our FE_WIBU  team in Italy.

 

Purpose of the position

The role will act as internal support to the sales network for the analysis and management of opportunities related to public tenders and for the detailed analysis of investment plans of entities operating in the integrated water cycle sector.

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

Public Tender Intelligence:

  • Collect notifications of public tenders published on institutional websites and portals;
  • Share information with the sales network and gather feedback;
  • Manage related information within the CRM.

 

Market Intelligence:

  • Collect investment plans from public entities;
  • Share information with the sales network and gather feedback;
  • Manage related information within the CRM;
  • Update timelines for tender publication following project planning;
  • Analyze and distribute tender awards to the sales network, preparing supporting presentations.

 

Management of Institutional Portals:

  • Update documentation on existing portals;
  • Register on new portals;
  • Support the legal department in preparing administrative documentation for tender participation.

 

Skills / Competencies / Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics or similar;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Basic knowledge of public procurement;
  • Ability to organize and update information, including developing new processes (proactivity);
  • Flexibility and organizational skills;
  • Teamwork ability and strong interpersonal skills (assertiveness);
  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Kwoledge of SalesForce will be considered a plus;
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
