Looking for a new challenge in a local service organization of an international market leader? Join our FE_WIBU – Water & Industry Business Unit – as part of a new position to support our growth local site within an international environment!

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager Morocco, you will behave and act as the Deputy of Sales Manager by leading the full scope of technical and commercial offers, driving project management and logistics coordination between a Global factory set-up and Customers with a clear focus on Growth, Customer satisfaction and Net Working Capital management.     

     

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead offer management for new business, spare parts and services - competitiveness, leadtime and quality
  • Record orders in the local ERP 
  • Follow-up order execution with Flow Factories, communication with customers
  • Finalize the technical project documentation and posting on customer’s platforms
  • Prepare and draft all documentation regarding the import and shipment cycle
  • Coordinate the entire flow of orders management, both in terms of intern business functions and external partners (e.g., freight forwarders, customs office/forwarding agents,...)
  • Apply for and manage import licenses with customs/forwarding agents
  • Support Services team in the workshop and on customers sites
  • Follow-up and coordination of customers payments and overdue

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Master degree in a relevant engineering discipline and or/project management
  • 5 years’ experience at least in a mechanical engineering OEM and preferably in the centrifugal pump industry or rotating equipment
  • Solid background of technical products knowledge in an engineering services fast moving and growing environment
  • Strong people management experience (minimum 3 years), evidence of setting up a successful team
  • Experience in setting up new business opportunities
  • Fluent in Arabic, English and French
