In this role you will be accountable for :

  • Ensure tendering process and quotations for services activity (Tendering file, e-TOA …)
  • Ensure the execution of the contract and compliance with contractual expectations including logistics.
  • Manage all stakeholders to guarantee quality, cost, and timely completion of the project.
  • Act as the interface between internal and external stakeholders and maintain communication with the client, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Establish and manage documents defining objectives and requirements: order analysis, list of contractual documents.
  • Validate, in collaboration with the sales department, the acceptance of contractual requirements, notably through the receipt of the order acknowledgment.
  • Organize the project's Return on Experience (REX).
  • Participate in and actively support company initiatives
  • All other duties as relevant to the position:
    1. Quotations and orders follow up
    2. Assist Management on reporting (budget, rolling forecast)
  • Apply LEAN directives and communicate with the Team
  • Initially, to adhere to Sulzer policies: Code of Business Conduct, Authority and Approval Procedures, Risk Management, Travel policies, etc…

HSE Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety instructions, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Proactive intervention in the event of a dangerous situation.
  • Propose improvements in terms of safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • State Engineer or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with project management experience
  • Professional experience of at least 05 years in sales support functions
  • Strong understanding in rotating equipment
  • Local experience and local markets knowledge
  • Strong technical skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict management
  • Open for changes, demonstrates willingness to change
  • Strong project management skills
  • International in thinking and acting
  • Autonomous
  • General computer skills
  • Fluent in Moroccan, English and French
