Your Role – What You'll Be Doing
As an Electrical Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing electrical rotating equipment. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Repairing Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) rotating machinery, with a focus on electric motors and generators.
  • Performing full overhauls, rewinds, and conducting static and dynamic testing.
  • Disassembling and assembling various electrical rotating equipment.
  • Attending client sites for critical repairs and servicing.
  • Ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, experience in electric motor repair is essential. You will also bring:

  • A Certificate III in Electrical Fitting (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in repairing, rewinding, and overhauling electric motors, including DC motors, medium to high-voltage motors, and generators.
  • Strong focus on safety and excellent time management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.
