Join our Services APAC team within Services division in Australia as an Electrical Fitter to help us take our Cardiff Service Centre to the next level. 

 

What will you be Doing? 
As an Electrical Fitter, your responsibilities day to day will include: 
•    The repair of LV & HV electrical rotating machinery.
•    Assembling and disassembling of LV and HV electrical rotating equipment.
•    Rewinding electric motors and generators (desirable)
•    Conducting static and dynamic testing to electrical equipment
•    Ordering goods when required. 
•    Attending onsite to effectively conduct repair of electrical rotating equipment

 

What you will bring to Sulzer:
To be a successful Electrical Fitter at our Cardiff Service Centre, you will ideally have: 
•    A Certificate III Electrical Fitting or similar. 
•    Demonstrated experience in performing full overhauls and electrical repairs of hazardous equipment.  
•    Experience in repair and rewind of DC motors, medium to High Voltage electrical motors and generators.
•    Dedication to working in a safe manner at all times
•    A customer service focus with the ability to be adaptable.
•    Strong time management skills.
