Service Project&Customer Support Engineer - Full Time - Burgos, Spain

Join our Services Team in Burgos (Spain) as Services Project & Customer Support Engineer to help us to take the Services Team to the next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
• Development of technical and quality requisitions included in the Services opportunities and orders placed in our Burgos factory.
• Redesign of products already delivered that require specific changes according to the new duty conditions of the installation.
• Design of technical solutions for the equipment according to the client's requirements.
• Definition of the bill of material of Services orders.
• Launch for manufacturing of all the parts defined in the above-mentioned scope.
• Follow-up of Services orders to be executed in our Burgos Factory
• Follow-up of possible issues during manufacturing that require further changes and/or upgrades of our products.
• Technical check of Services pump quotes and orders.
• Engineering support for pump retrofit opportunities.
• Communication with the Sales and Tendering Services staff.
• Communication with our customers to define and/or suggest the right scopes.
• Communication with other Sulzer factories and/or Sulzer service centres and suppliers.
• Sales and Tendering back office when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Rigorous, enthusiastic, and collaborative person.
• Good knowledge of mechanics.
• Knowledge of rotating machines and their operating principles.
• Communication skills for dialogue with customers, suppliers and other colleagues in the workplace and the Company.
• Flexibility in high workload situations.
• Ability to analyse under pressure.
• Availability to travel sporadically to industrial plants in Spain and outside of Spain, as well as to our supplier network’s facilities.
• Advanced management of Office applications.
• Ability to use 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software like AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Solid Works and/or Catia.
• High level of spoken and written English language.
• Written and spoken French will be also valuable.
