At Sulzer, we're seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Marketing Manager within the Flow Division to drive our Marketing Communications team and strategy across Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa . We create innovative and sustainable solutions in the Energy, Industrial and Clean Water sectors and are looking for passionate individuals who can join our collaborative team. The role can be based anywhere in Southern Europe, ideally near a Sulzer site.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans and budgets in close partnership with regional sales, alongside local and global marketing teams
• Lead and develop a high performing team of local marketing and sales support professionals
• Deployment of global marketing and communication campaigns, including product launches
• Plan and coordinate events and exhibitions from end-to-end in the region
• Ensure the regional adoption of global marketing tools and processes
• Be a regional brand ambassador and marketing business partner to regional sales leadership
• Collaborate with global content and digital teams to develop global campaigns
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 5 years generalist marketing experience within a global industrial engineering environment and multinational teams
• Demonstrable experience in managing international tradeshows, digital marketing, PR, Media and content adaptation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Fluency in English as well as Spanish, Italian or French
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and empathetic team player with a hands-on attitude
