In this interesting and diversified role, you will lead the sales team for technical service products in the Northern Africa region including countries Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia etc. The key objective is profitable growth in the service region and the necessary (further) development and implementation of our sales strategy.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the sales team of currently 3 sales engineers in the Algeria and Morocco alongside co-working with some sales agents.
  • (Further) developing and implementing the strategic initiatives, including analyzing market information and trends.
  • Supporting / coaching sales staff with key customers and projects.
  • Creative collaboration in the ENA Sales Management Team (Europe, North Africa)
  • Contributing to the (further) development of the pricing strategy for our products.
  • Budget and forecast responsibility for the region
  • Ensuring key KPIs (especially order intake, pipeline, data quality)
  • Solving customer challenges through fulfilling their requirements while operating in the internal process framework.

To be successful in this position, you should have the following:

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration (or comparable qualification)
  • Many years of relevant professional experience in technical sales (including managerial responsibility) in a similar environment. Previous experience in Maghreb countries is a clear advantage.
  • Very good written and spoken French and English skills. Arabic language would be advantage.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as customer and service orientation.
  • High level of customer service Initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Readiness to travel in Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia, 40- 50% in a month.

Location: France preferably closer to Paris or Buchelay area. Hybrid working is possible.

Reporting Line: This position reports to the Regional Head of Sales, Europe & North Africa
