We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Services UK & Nordics team in Birmingham.

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned projects, ensuring safety, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders for successful delivery.
  • Prepare and oversee customer tenders, quality documentation, and project kick-off meetings.
  • Monitor costs, control budgets, and produce reliable invoicing and gross profit forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • HND or equivalent in engineering or business, or substantial relevant experience in a related industry.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and commercial contracts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.
