We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Services UK & Nordics team in Birmingham.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead assigned projects, ensuring safety, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Prepare and oversee customer tenders, quality documentation, and project kick-off meetings.
- Monitor costs, control budgets, and produce reliable invoicing and gross profit forecasts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- HND or equivalent in engineering or business, or substantial relevant experience in a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and commercial contracts.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.
