We are looking for a/an FS Reciprocating Supervisor  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Determine customer safety requirements and verify compliance throughout the project.
  • Maintain accurate and professional daily reports and time sheets
  • Manage all aspects of a field project with limited supervision
  • Develop and nurture a close relationship with plant personnel to ensure Sulzer is first choice for service.
  • Prepare detailed parts lists before, during, and after an outage and coordinate with the home office, any ordering of parts.
  • Develop schedules for planned outages such as daily maintenance, major maintenance, preventative maintenance, and overhauls.
  • Respond to unplanned outages and all client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain tools and procedures implemented within the Field Service Division

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Strong understanding of reciprocating compressor components, operations, and maintenance work scopes, including repair scopes and applicable standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical and design aspects for Reciprocating Equipment services and repairs
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project
  • Valid State Issued Drivers License
  • Experienced in shaft and bore alignments. Experienced in troubleshooting the operation of reciprocating equipment.
