Regional Black Belt/Commercial Excellence - Full Time - Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for a/an Regional Black Belt/Commercial Excellence  to join our Water & Industrial BU team in Barcelona (or Madrid) to drive commercial strategy and operational sales excellence across the region by optimizing sales processes, improving performance visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role is key to enhancing efficiency, profitability, and scalability of the sales organization.   

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance 

  • Identify and execute process improvement and cost-saving opportunities using Lean Six Sigma 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to standardize workflows 

  • Support CRM optimization and data quality for better commercial insights 

  • Drive change management and training for adoption of new tools and processes 

  • Partner with sales leadership to align operations with strategic goals 

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

 

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field 
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory)
  • 5+ years in sales operations, commercial excellence, or process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact
