Group Consolidation Manager - Full Time - BaarSwitzerland

Join our Group Accounting team in Baar as Group Consolidation Manager and help us taking the financial data in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for both external and internal distribution to the next level.

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Managing the monthly Group Consolidation process

  • Monthly preparation of consolidated financial statements including Cash Flow Statement

  • System owner of the consolidation tool CCH Tagetik

  • Ensure quality and integrity of financial and accounting data via sanity checks and balance sheet reviews

  • Support Legal Entities and other stakeholders in accounting and consolidation questions

  • Key role in the preparation of internal management reports and the external midyear and annual reports

  • Support in different international projects and ad-hoc requests

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Finance with focus in Accounting and Controlling

  • Certified Public Accountant is a plus

  • Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in a listed group

  • Solid record in theoretical and practical consolidation according to IFRS

  • Experience in the consolidation software CCH Tagetik

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Fluency in English and ideally German (written and verbal)

  • Experience in project management

  • Pro-active and analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
