Senior Project Manager - Full Time - Allschwil, Switzerland

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Process Solutions team in Switzerland .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Plan, delegate, and coordinate project tasks across engineering and other departments
- Oversee technical, financial, schedule, and quality aspects, ensuring alignment with KPIs and ESH standards
- Ensure compliance with all contractual project requirements and obligations
- Monitor project performance, proactively managing risks, scope changes, and resource needs
- Maintain up-to-date financial tracking (SAP), issue invoices, and follow up on payments
- Ensure timely decision-making and swift resolution of project issues
- Optimize costs and cash flow without compromising quality or schedule
- Report project progress and performance to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
- Manage guarantee cases and ensure full compliance with change management procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 7+ years in project management and engineering within process plants (Oil & Gas, chemicals, pharma)
- Education: Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Certifications: PMP or IPMA is a plus
- Languages: English required; German or French is a plus
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in project delivery, engineering interfaces, and cross-department coordination
- Soft Skills: Team leadership, communication, and ability to work in multicultural environments
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Project) and SAP
