Process Designer - Full Time - Allschwil, Switzerland

We are looking for a Process Designer to join our Process Solutions team in Switzerland. 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Developing and maintaining P&ID design standards in line with industry and client requirements
  • Being the interface with process engineering and other disciplines to understand project needs
  • Preparing intelligent P&IDs using CADWorx or similar design software
  • Managing the P&ID database and integrate inputs from various departments
  • Producing and review P&IDs, Block Flow Diagrams, and Process Flow Diagrams
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable industry, international, and client codes and standards
  • Collaborating with lead engineers to uphold and enhance the company’s quality standards

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Chemical or Oil & Gas industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Proficient in CADWorx P&ID, Plant 3D P&ID, or similar intelligent P&ID software
  • Solid understanding of process drafting and piping components
  • Experience across Conceptual, Basic, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
