Process Designer - Full Time - Allschwil, Switzerland

We are looking for a Process Designer to join our Process Solutions team in Switzerland.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining P&ID design standards in line with industry and client requirements
- Being the interface with process engineering and other disciplines to understand project needs
- Preparing intelligent P&IDs using CADWorx or similar design software
- Managing the P&ID database and integrate inputs from various departments
- Producing and review P&IDs, Block Flow Diagrams, and Process Flow Diagrams
- Ensuring compliance with applicable industry, international, and client codes and standards
- Collaborating with lead engineers to uphold and enhance the company’s quality standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Chemical or Oil & Gas industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Proficient in CADWorx P&ID, Plant 3D P&ID, or similar intelligent P&ID software
- Solid understanding of process drafting and piping components
- Experience across Conceptual, Basic, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
