Document Controller - Full Time - Allschwil, Switzerland

We are looking for an Document Controller to join our Process Solutions team in Switzerland .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintaining an efficient document management system to ensure accessibility of projects documents
- Managing the revision and distribution of technical documentation
- Ensure on-time delivery and required quality of the documentation according to project schedule and project milestones
- Coordinating document validation, approval, and modification processes supported by the documentation management system workflows
- Providing support to internal and external teams regarding project documentation
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective exchange of documents
- Coordinate and ensure update for team members concerning the document for and from suppliers
- Support at the reception whenever needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Technical background
- General knowledge in projects document management and Document Management Systems based on Metadata
- Experience in a Project Management environment, preferably in the branch of suppliers for the Chemical Industry
- Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, particularly MS Excel)
- Fluency in German and English, any other European language is an advantage
- Very good organizational and communication skills, trustworthy
