We are looking for an Document Controller to join our Process Solutions team in Switzerland .
 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Maintaining an efficient document management system to ensure accessibility of projects documents
  • Managing the revision and distribution of technical documentation
  • Ensure on-time delivery and required quality of the documentation according to project schedule and project milestones
  • Coordinating document validation, approval, and modification processes supported by the documentation management system workflows
  • Providing support to internal and external teams regarding project documentation
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective exchange of documents
  • Coordinate and ensure update for team members concerning the document for and from suppliers
  • Support at the reception whenever needed

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Technical background
  • General knowledge in projects document management and Document Management Systems based on Metadata
  • Experience in a Project Management environment, preferably in the branch of suppliers for the Chemical Industry
  • Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, particularly MS Excel)
  • Fluency in German and English, any other European language is an advantage
  • Very good organizational and communication skills, trustworthy
