Join our Services_EMEA team within Services division in Algeria as Sales office Manager to help us take our business development to the next level.
A full-time permanent position in the local sales unit of an international market leader organization in rotating equipment services
The opportunity to work and face a dynamic and competitive business environment, always looking for operation excellence and focused on achieving growth in the assigned market.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Sales engineer for the Services Business in Algeria.
- Responsible for OI “Services”: pumps, turbine, compressors repairs, parts, duplicates and retrofit.
- Responsible for developing and maximizing Sulzer’s service capabilities and customer orientation in the country. This is a key requirement of the role.
- Responsible for developing and implementing growth plans in line with the regional strategy. This is a key requirement of the role.
- Sales support for other Sulzer Business Units
- Develop and monitor the mid-range plan to direct the sales office activity to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
- Monitor sales office performance monthly to ensure projections are in line with growth plans.
- Maintain relationships with government advisors in relation to foreign policy in client and/or installation locations.
- Act as a role model for accountability, confidentiality and integrity.
- Managing the SharePoint of the sales office (creating libraries, folders, uploading files, giving access permissions to the team members).
- Support and follow up of legal requirements (accounting, lease contracts, visa processing, Algeria updates.)
- Coordinating with HO the marketing actions and the marketing requirements
- Coordinating with contractors for design and fit out works of the offices.
- Responsibility for office management/admin tasks;
- All other duties relevant to the position.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical degree
- At least 5-10 years relevant experience and knowledge in rotating equipment services
- 5-10 Sales experience
- High energy, hard-working and highly organized to keep up in a fast paced, dynamic working environment
- Fluent English, Arabic and French
