Site Manager - Full Time - Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a/an  Site Manager  to join our CT_MTCS  team in Saudi Arabia .

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. – Schedule is Planer responsibility and budget to be prepare by PMO based on Estimation handover.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Supervise and motivate on-site staff, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular meetings to communicate project objectives, progress, and expectations.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or deficiencies promptly- Inspection is QC personnels responsibility and Site manager will ensure all inspections are carried out.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and compliance documentation - Inspection documents preparation is QC personnels responsibility and Site manager will ensure all documents are maintained.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures on the construction site.
  • Conduct safety training sessions, promote a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel and perform regular Management Site Safety Walks.
  • Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure that costs are kept within budgetary constraints.
  • Review and approve expenditures, invoices, and change orders.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
  • Address client concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and foster positive long-term relationships.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

Work experience: >5 years in similar lead position

Education: Level: Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering

Engineer Certifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management

Languages: Proficiency in verbal and written English Required. Verbal competency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are a plus.

Soft skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, customer service skills.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a multinational, diverse team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve project objectives.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project requirements, instructions, and expectations to various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
  • Problem-solving: Capacity to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced construction environment. Adaptability and quick decision-making skills are essential.
  • Organizational skills: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. The ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets is critical.
  • Technical expertise: Solid understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials. Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices is essential for ensuring quality and compliance on-site
