Project Manager - Full Time - Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a/an Project Manager  to join our CT_MTCS  team in Saudi Arabia .

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for the customer, maintaining regular communication and fostering positive relationships to ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer satisfaction.

 

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the development of comprehensive project plans and coordinate project activities from the office. Ensure alignment with project objectives, client expectations, and resource requirements to guide effective project execution.  Monitor resource utilization, adjust allocations as needed, and ensure efficient use of resources to support on-site operations led by Site Managers.

 

  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution:  Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, develop strategies and provide support, typically from the office. Facilitate communication and coordination between on-site teams and stakeholders to proactively address challenges, maintain project timelines and ensure claims management.

 

  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration between office-based teams, on-site staff, and external partners. Foster positive relationships, manage expectations, and ensure alignment to achieve project goals.

 

  • Project Monitoring and Reporting: Accept full responsibility for project performance and results vs the estimation and budget. Oversee project progress, milestones, and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports. Analyze data, identify trends, and coordinate with Site Managers to address issues and optimize project performance while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

 

  • Quality Assurance and Project Closure Support:  Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements, support quality assurance efforts from the office. Facilitate project closure activities, finalize documentation, and conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

Work experience: >5 years experience in project management, preferably in the field services or construction industry

 

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

 

Languages: Proficiency in verbal and written English Required. Verbal competency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are a plus.

 

Soft skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

 

Other: Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
