As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead a dedicated Contract team and strengthen our customer partnerships. This role is all about building lasting relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and identifying new opportunities for account development. You will be a driving force in helping our clients achieve peak performance, making a real difference by improving their equipment’s reliability and operational uptime.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Lead and support Contract and Technical teams to exceed customer expectations and meet deadlines.
- Develop strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering future business opportunities.
- Manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance while proposing technical and commercial improvements to optimise service offerings.
- Analyse current and future client needs to provide solutions that align with their operational goals and market demands.
- Drive monthly targets in order intake, sales, gross profit (GP), and service delivery, ensuring success across key metrics.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage clients and internal teams.
- Strong technical expertise in rotating machinery, with a focus on delivering tailored engineering solutions.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to spot growth opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Proven leadership in a customer-focused role, providing strategic direction to both Technical and Commercial teams.
